Part 11
John’s company worked with small and medium
businesses where they provided productivity solutions to them. One solution was
for the sales staff which was known as Technical Sales Team or TST and the
other was for operational staff known as Workforce Management or WFM. Both
tools increased productivity of staff considerably but no one believed in them
till the system was fully tested.
At that time, people were not yet ready to
believe in productivity softwares. They believed that softwares were just for
data management and that was it. If they wanted to increase productivity, they
wanted to hire productivity consultants but not buy softwares.
After his sales meetings, he went to the next
meeting room where six others were already waiting for him. But he John was not
late, they
were just early.
“Good morning ladies and
gentlemen” John greeted and welcomed the visitors. Then he turned to his right
side and said “Dan, these ladies and gentlemen are our client who you already
know by the name. Have you introduced yourselves?” He asked from everyone with
a smile.
